RE: Blue Green Algae
       Eastern Oklahoma Waters
       State of Oklahoma
       Nations Impaired Waters

For the last several years, I have been extremely concerned about impaired waters and environment of Oklahoma and our Nation. One concern is IDENTIFIED on the front page of the Tulsa World. I have, for several years, written COUNTLESS letters to various elected officials (including the President), media sources and government agencies about these issues and have had many meetings, with many of these officials and agencies, offering permanent solutions that I have developed. I developed permanent processes to stop issues that are causing the degrading of many of this nation’s water issues and water sources, but politics and greed became just some of the reasons for rejections. If any would have supported, any of these processes and methods, we would have created countless jobs across this nation, especially here in Oklahoma, and prevented these hazardous issues. Instead, many decided to ignore or look the other way, these permanent solutions, and ignored the federal laws. Instead of stopping the opening of Pandora’s Box, at Grand Lake, with our water, air issues, and health issues, I received answers like we wish you the best in your endeavors; we will keep you in our mind, or the best of all replies, DON’T CALL OR WRITE US AGAIN.  ONE GOVERNMENT AGENCY EVEN SAID THAT WE ARE NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF SUPPORTING SMALL BUSINESS, WHICH CREATES JOBS AND YES I HAVE THIS IN WRITING.

This state currently has a Superfund Fund site, which will have cost taxpayers over One (1) billion dollars and Oklahoma taxpayer an additional $100 Million Dollars and still will not be corrected permanently, as mandated by federal law. A industry that produces food for this nation and has a waste product, chicken litter, that has created many of our negative water issues and is also regulated by the state, but greed, abuse of taxpayers, by many elected officials, government friends and their contractors was more important than water, air and our health, taxpayer money was more important, let us not forget the taxpayer money that has been wasted on so called shovel ready jobs, so many elected officials and their government friends could grow their bank accounts.

Now that Grand Lake has become a front page item, for the Tulsa World, and Senator Inhofe says he got sick, from just swimming in the water, what is next? The issue now becomes what happens to Grand Lake and the downstream waters from Grand Lake and how to resolve the water issues of Eastern Oklahoma and the Nation and save Grand Lake and our national waters. The algae issues is just the start and just part of the air and water issues, that many have ignored for years, but Pandora has reared her ugly head and arrived at Grand Lake and Eastern Oklahoma, in grand fashion. Wonder how many other lakes have this problem and if were not for a Senator getting sick, the public probably would have never been advised or told if this algae is just located a Grand Lake?

America has a history of ignoring problems and listening to our leaders blow smoke up our backside, until we are forced to address a problem or an issue and many times it becomes a political issue and is after the fact. It does not make any difference if it is a war, a debt crisis, creating a job or jobs, the oil and gas crisis or addressing environmental issues such as Grand Lake and waters of Eastern Oklahoma, but the time has now come for this nation to put Politics, greed, abuse of Taxpayers, ignoring inventors and innovators, NOT supporting the small business, especially the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)like me, because we are NOT one of the government’s favor contractors, which I am not, or we can work together to save this nation, correct many environmental issues, create countless jobs,  save the Taxpayers billions of dollars, address health and safety issues, but most important save this nation, improve families and children health, from the downward course that we are now on, and return this nation to the best we can be and the free world leader again.

This letter serves two purposes; one is to see who cares about this nation and the other is to inform many what the future has to hold if we do not correct the greed, politics and environmental issues, we now face, and support the small business, since Pandora has arrived to Eastern Oklahoma. My question to the elected officials and media are, do you have the courage to answer this letter or will it be business and politics as usual and let America continue the downward course we are on?

To those who live in Tulsa, if you think Grand Lake does not have an effect on you; just check where we get our drinking water from. To Senator Inhofe, President Obama and many others (including the Tulsa World), that I have written for several years, I do not want to be the one that says “I told you so, but I told you so”. Now what are we going to do? Will it be change and transparency, as promised, or will it be business as usual? Are you going to be a leader or continue to be part of the herd leading us over the cliff?

I HAVE SOME SUGGESTIONS:  For Social Security, stop putting Social Security monies in the federal government general fund and put the money is a lock box. Stop throwing rocks at each other and stop playing politics
